what's up with this word? i hear it every day in the classroom and the school halls. it seems to be an all purpose word/phrase along the lines of "oh my god!" but is usually directed at something or someone the user has deemed stupid or worthy of insult, generally an adjective.
i resisted calling this post 'cufflinks,' but here (are/will be) a few.
also, along with links, i will be adding more thoughts to this post when time allows.

untitled and hairbox
by richard artschwager.
not exactly what i was looking for, but nevertheless fits the bill.
and: fit the bill (British, American & Australian) also fill the bill (American & Australian) to have the qualities or experience which are needed. I'm looking for someone with several years of publishing experience and you seem to fit the bill. The city needs a strong leader, and the new mayor just doesn't fill the bill.
