don't be stroopid

for those unfamiliar with the test, you're supposed to name the colors of the letters of each word, not the word.

what is experienced is the conflict of two cognitive systems, one reading color and one reading words. somehow it relates to an assignment of endless articles, essays, and performance cycles.

  1. i just love this one! every time i attempt it it think, "no problem. how hard can is really be?" and sure enough, i suddenly realize that i am reading the words and not naming the colors.

would that be in the entering the text portion of the performance cycle? probably not, things are a bit out of focus lately.

  2. if by the performance cycle you're referring to the for your thrill seeking viewing pleasure flaming hoops in the center ring ladies and gentlemen here exclusively-the stroop!, then yes, there was some text entered about it there. and, i'm happy to say, all customers, all that mattered anyway, left satisfied with no requests for a refund. don't be shy folks, step right up.
